China established the food circulation permit system

Afterwards, food retailers must have food circulation permit. Currently Bohua Zhou, director of State Administration for Industry and Commerce, announced that China will establish food circulation permit system according to “Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China” at the conference on food safety.
He also said that the release of food circulation permit and its relationship with food sanitation license will be regulated by Measures for Administration of Food Circulation. Before getting the permit, food retailer must get an approval document.
